All I can say is I'm very impressed, it's my 8th day now and It was harder at first but getting more mommentom as I go. The support and guidence you recieve is fantastic. I'm feeling better with in my self and to have this f45 routine is an exicting challenge far better than joining a gym.

Love that the trainers all have such a energetic vibe and know everybody by their names. I honestly felt like part of the "family" from session 1! If you need that feeling when exercising, this is the place for you!
I have been training at F45 Rockingham Beach for almost 2 years. I’d heard rumours that it was hard but decided on a free trial and from then I was addicted. At first you are learning and go at your own pace and as you get fitter you can push yourself. I now go on average 4 times a week, the trainers are knowledgeable and know when to give you that extra push. I’ve noticed massive increases in my cardio fitness and strength, plus overall feel great. Give it a go!!!
