Only recently started and already really loving the functional workouts. Enjoy that every day is a different focus with alternative exercises available. Appreciative of the F45 app that allows me to do home based workouts on the days I can not attend. App is easy to use with great tips around nutrition and mindset as well. Every one is very friendly. Clean environment. Love not having to think at 6am what I am going to 'train' today!
