F45 Toowoomba Central is a great place to get fit and have fun. Customers love the friendly and knowledgeable trainers, who create an energetic atmosphere and make it a fun place to train for all ages and fitness levels. The business recently changed hands and is now in local family hands, and customers are welcomed by name and encouraged to keep coming back. The staff are very helpful and motivating, and the intense workouts mean that there is no time for rest, making it the best way to get results. Customers also appreciate the great selection of nutrition supplements available.

The Toowoomba Central Team are absolutely fabulous! The trainers guide you through the exercises and completely support all levels of fitness and strength. I'm usually not a fan of group exercises, but this ticks all the boxes!! Super glad I joined!
The business recently changed hands and is 100% better for it. It's in local family hands now and Josh is building a great community. Your known by name, encouraged and it's so easy to keep coming back. F45 is the easiest form of fitness to commit to. Worth every cent. Can't recommend Toowoomba Central enough.
Disappointing customer relationship management. Was an avid supporter for the gym and absolutely enjoyed being part of the community. However, when I was hospitalized and thus couldn't participate for a few weeks, I cancelled 4 days past the date and the team refused to refund me despite the severity of the circumstances. I was disappointed as I felt that I was part of the F45 family, and thus was surprised to receive this treatment from the team. I am a huge supporter of F45 as I believe it yields results, I would just like to see the family/community aspect that the gym prides itself on improve, and thus am writing this review.
