F45 Upper Mt Gravatt is a fantastic place to get and stay fit. Customers love the friendly and encouraging atmosphere, with the staff going the extra mile to make everyone feel part of the team. The coaches are highly motivating and supportive, and the workout is addictive. The gym is well-equipped with the same training across all gyms, and the music is exciting and powerful. Customers have also commented on the great community at the gym, and the fun and motivating staff. Personal training is also available, and the boys had a great time with the Sunnybank U13 team. The shower and toilet facilities could be better, but overall customers are very happy with the gym and the services provided.
Nice open atmosphere welcoming to all cabilities and fitness levels. Much more inclusive than other F45's.
