I love F45 Warragul. A friend convinced me to try a 2 week free trial and I was hooked after the first session. Ange and the trainers are fantastic, always there to help and support me. I am F45 obsessed. Ever since commencing my membership at this gym the trainers have been nothing less than amazing. They heavily promote a positive environment which enforces a safe and friendly atmosphere with no judgement on fitness or body shape. The trainers are there 100% to help you achieve what ever goals you want. Highly recommend a visit or membership.
