F45 Westmead is a fantastic gym that offers a wide range of classes and personal training options. Customers love the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, as well as the knowledgeable and motivating trainers, Josh and Zoe. They are passionate about helping their customers reach their fitness goals and provide tailored plans to suit individual needs. Customers have seen amazing results in a short amount of time, with some losing up to 47kg in a year. The trainers are also very supportive and encouraging, and they make sure that everyone is doing the exercises correctly and safely. The gym also has great facilities, equipment, and security, and the opening times are convenient for those who need to stop in before or after work. Customers have also commented on the fun and positive atmosphere, and the events that are held to create a family-like environment. All in all, F45 Westmead is an excellent gym that provides a great experience for all its customers.
F45 IS more than a training center offering different fitness programs for workouts and diet plans foreveryoneindividually.. the professional trainers give me motivation and help me achieve my goals plus the family environment where I feel belong
This is an amazing studio where the trainers (Josh & Co) really put all into making sure everyone achieves results. Would recommend to anyone looking for getting results as well as guaranteed fun/entertainment!
Josh, Zoe, Andi and Li.. I guess you guys are my motivation to turn up even after a long day at work. Gym can be too boring sometimes but it’s not the same with F45 Westmead. You guys light up the environment and its fun to work out with a group. And plus get to make new friends who eventually become your F45 Westmead family
One of the best gym I have been to. Trainers, Josh and Zoe are power couples. They will help you push the limits. The overall energy in the gym is great. In particular, if you are a person with an injury, then they will guide you throughout the workout to make sure you are working out safely. Also, best place for a beginner to start the health transformation journey. Totally recommended!
