Absolutely love training at F45 Yeppoon! I was so nervous about starting back at F45 after moving interstate but the moment I walked in I felt right at ease! The staff are fantastic, especially with previous injuries! Music is amazing and the studio is so fresh and new !! Absolutely love it and can’t wait to smash some new goals for summer
