Fernwood Fitness Woonona is an excellent gym that offers a wide range of facilities and classes to suit everyone's needs. Customers love the friendly and motivating staff, the new gym equipment, the spaciousness of the gym, and the FIT30 classes. The gym also offers Pilates, personal training, sauna, and child minding services. Customers also appreciate the supportive and encouraging atmosphere of the gym, as well as the helpful and knowledgeable staff. The gym is also very clean and has a hair salon and cafe. The only downside is that some of the machines are old and outdated, but overall customers are very satisfied with their experience at Fernwood Fitness Woonona.
Fernwood woonona is such an excellent gym to train at. All the staff are so friendly and motivating. With endless things to do such as classes, PTs, Pilates and the sauna etc. I enjoy the FIT30 classes the best! The trainers are so encouraging and motivating for you to do your best. The new gym equipment is amazing, always kept in great condition. The place is very spacious and all round is a great vibe!
Staff are friendly and I’m super grateful to be able to use the sauna facilities but the whole place is packed with toxic, heavily fragranced products. Every toilet, every shower, every bench top. If you have multiple chemical sensitivity, asthma or allergies, best to avoid.
The trainers and staff at Fernwood Woonona are all so motivating and encouraging. I have achieved many goals at this gym because of all the amazing facilities. My favourite things at the gym are the sauna and the Fit 30 classes. Everyone at this gym is so friendly and the staff are so helpful. I couldn't rate this gym any higher!!
Fernwood Woonona has an amazing atmosphere within the gym and through the staffing and members. Not only does the gym provide a variety including Pilates, small group classes, pt's, sauna etc it also provides you with amazing staff and trainers. The staffing are always so helpful, encouraging and motivating which makes it an awesome place to be.
I've been with fernwood for nearly 10 years now. Love the atmosphere and how they have everything tailored for women eg. Childminders. The sauna tops it off for me.
