Fitness First Market St is a great gym for city dwellers and workers looking for a quick workout on their work breaks. Customers love the friendly and professional staff, the spacious and modern facilities, and the variety of equipment available. The gym is well maintained and kept clean, and the high ceilings and natural light make it a pleasant place to exercise. Customers also appreciate the range of classes available, from Body Combat to Pump, and the personal training options. The locker rooms are spacious and clean, although some customers have complained about the lack of working lockers. The gym also has a pool, although some customers have noted that it is a bit danky.

After a long break from this club I passed by today to replace a faulty membership card, instead I was faced with ignorant and disrespect. The club not only suffer with some bad staff, it also been experiencing lockers technical issues since before the pandemic. There was maybe 5 members on the gym floor training , half of the lockers are either damaged or locked! We may need some clarity here , do members lock their personal gear there leave and go ? We really hope that this club will be looked after and that members will be at least faced with a great smile and treated with respect.antonio frh
An absolute disgrace. Safety, cleanliness hazard. Cannot secure valuables safely. Men’s change room = Dust, mould, broken doors… unacceptable for any business. Totally unacceptable for a Fitness First “Platinum”… Selling to private equity is no excuse. Before writing this review, I sent an email to the club a week ago and have not had a response so hence my review now. I can see I'm not the first to comment about this but more than half the lockers are broken, don't lock or have doors ripped off! Is something going to be done about this? Where is the urgency of ensuring you are providing platinum services as this is surely not platinum level. And back to my email I sent last week, I'm not sure why it's so hard to communicate and respond to customers, especially when they are giving you feedback for improvement. Such poor customer service and disappointing overall.Michael Roberts
