This is now my local and there's a great community vibe here. It's not a fancy gym but has everything you need, plenty of space and the staff make you feel welcome (shout out to James, Murray, Rado and co). Peak times are early morning and evening but there's always space and equipment so you're not waiting too long between sets.

Very disappointing first visit today. Old machines,female change room was dirty,both hair straighteners not working! I train in the Mosman gym and it’s way more better then this.

In general fitnessfirst is way too expensive. They increased their pause membership prices( from $4 to $5) and they need 1 month notice on membership cancellation. Although their instructors for classes are amazing,I just dont think I'll keep the membership once I come back from my holiday.
