Genesis Health and Fitness Wantirna is a fantastic gym that offers a wide range of facilities and features to suit everyone's needs. Customers have praised the friendly and helpful staff, the spacious and clean premises, the ample parking, the 24/7 opening times, the variety of classes, the personal training options, the ladies only gym equipment room, the great value for money, and the modern equipment. Customers have also commented on the warm swimming pool, the lack of queues for equipment, the positive atmosphere, the support during Covid lockdowns, the understanding and non-pushy training staff, and the great bonds formed with other members.
The gym also offers a great selection of exercise and training protocols, and customers have commented on the excellent Zumba instructors, the body pump and body balance classes, and the personalised group training of the Coaching Zone. Customers have also praised the flexibility of times, the ladies only room, and the fact that the gym is never too busy.

Fantabulous gym with most everything you could ask for, including machines I've never been privi to before.
The customer service is so very bad and rude! A pool trainer actually yelled at my wife as she was trying to get out of the pool! They won’t resolve your problem and keep on transferring you to other staff members! Even a meeting with the manager achieves nothing , it's like talking to a brick wall. Just like money hungry leeches! Its all about money. We've even had a staff member steal money out of our gym bag in the changing room. Again nothing has been done and she is still there. Shame on you Genesis Wantirna. When will you respect your clients, and give us the service we've paid for? Get a manager who can train the staff in customer service. Not these "Self-centered" bunch you have today, including him.(The current Manager)
Friendly, informative staff; great selection of classes available; I enjoy the 'Ladies Only' Gym equipment room upstairs!..a bonus. Excellent Reception Staff, always friendly and helpful. Look forward to participating in weekly classes of choice. (Grateful for support doing recent Covid Lockdowns). Lynda Clayton
Having joined Genesis Health and Fitness Wantirna I am most impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. This was exhibited by the regular members being greeted warmly and assisted with queries in a punctual and cordial manner. The facilities are clean, well ventilated and provisioned with ample natural light. Equipment is first class and with a 25m swimming pool, exercise classes and pleasant change rooms it is a positive environment. I am looking forward to a long association with the Genesis clubs. Keep up the great work!
Recently both myself and my wife went in to sign up as members. Staff were friendly and process was smooth from the beginning to the end. We went closer to the closing time but they were more than happy to assist. Great facilities and a lot of equipment, yet well organised. There are a lot of options for group fitness classes and the times are very convenient for 9-5 full time workers like us. Ample parking at the back which is great as well.
