I’m a member at this gym and was very excited that my parents are now joining the gym too. When I joined, I got a walk through your, and sat down one on one with an instructor and talked about the type of membership. However, disappointingly, my parents did not get the same. They were told they were “good to go” after receiving the FOB. They’ve left confused and anxious about entering the gym. On a lighter note, the classes are wonderful and very inclusive and attainable
Friendly helpful staff. Very genuine in their efforts to give you all the encouragement to make the move towards fitness. Looking forward to the Seniors B Active classes and the Zumba!
DO NO SIGHN UP WITH GENESIS!!!!! I sighened up when I was 15, I went for 3 months then moved away up near Queensland. ovisly I forgot about the gym and I'm fairly sure that I cancelled my subscription. witch deffinly wouldn't have been longer then a year because I was broke 15 year old. but now I apparently owe $1136.75 for a gym I haven't been too in 3 years.....DO NOT SIGH UP FOR THIS SCAM
Took 3 months to cancel my partners membership while they charged him for it and now cancelling mine as the womens amenities have been out of order (no light in shower, taps off wall, broken lockers) for over six months management continues to say they will fix but do nothing. Save your money and time. Much better gyms out there with working equipment and amenities
Love this gym! Instructors a great, classes are awesome. Gym is well ventilated and lots of equipment. My only complaint is that I feel the ladies toilets need to be cleaner (or people using them) and new toilet brushes required in all the cubicles, otherwise TOP GYM & PEOPLE !!!!!
