Customers love the friendly and helpful staff, the positive atmosphere, and the new and refurbished equipment. The gym also offers a great range of classes, personal training options, and exercise and training protocols. Customers also appreciate the clean facilities, good range of equipment, and the inclusive gym atmosphere. The gym also has a cozy feel and knowledgeable staff, and offers activities for all fitness levels. The gym also has a great kids club service at a great price, and the staff are very helpful and patient for those who are new to gyms. Customers also love the sauna and steam room, and appreciate the wet wipes that are readily available. The gym also has plenty of parking available and the bathrooms and equipment are clean. Finally, customers appreciate the coaching zone, which provides constant goals and challenges for motivation. All in all, Genesis Health and Fitness Windsor is a great gym that offers a wide range of facilities and features to help customers reach their fitness goals.
Very good gym, great customer service. But the dumbbells and a lot of the machines are a little out dated.

If you want real results from every day being "Day 1", go to Genesis. This gym doesn't have the most equipment and fancy facilities. But, I value the people. My trainer is professional and is a qualified exercise physiologist getting me fast results, safely. The biophysics of each exercise is explained very well to minimise injury and maximise training effectiveness.
If you are looking for a gym that has a great feeling of community, along with outstanding, staff, service & facilities, this is your place to join.
