Good variety and number of equipment. Good value for money I have rejoined again after about 10 years. Very little has changed. Exactly the same, so equipment is old, mostly working well. Some of the cardio machines touch screens are a bit clunky and unresponsive, but most are fine
Been my main gym for years now and have always enjoyed it. Has all the machines I need and am used to and a good environment. The staff are all friendly and the facilities are good also.
I rang up the gym asking about how warm their outdoor pool is and expected someone to say people are swimming in it or people are still saying it is a little chilly. But Eli answered the phone so positively and then asked to put me on hold whilst he went to check and came back after going out to touch the water and gave me an honest review of the pool water temperature currently! He went above and beyond, I am so impressed!
Went to another gym location and it gave me some perspective on how amazing this gym really is. It’s incredible spacious with up to date equipment, friendly staff and is always clean and well looked after. Has a ladies space and a pool and overall great vibes. Staff in desk always welcoming and go out of their way to help you. I drive half an hour out of my way to go to this gym, because it’s worth it in my view.
Rude trainers. If you don’t have any of your belongings at a machine then how am I supposed to know you are using it. Then telling me to move cos they “were using it”. They need a lesson in their own gym etiquette.
