Goodlife Health Clubs Fortitude Valley is a great place to work out and achieve your fitness goals. Customers love the large, well-equipped gym, which includes a sauna, steam room and cold room. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the value for money is excellent. Group fitness classes are great, with just the right number of people to give you space and create a fun atmosphere. The staff greet you with a hi when you arrive, and the facilities are clean.
The gym also offers personal training options, and a variety of classes, including body combat and yoga. Customers appreciate the convenience of the parking downstairs, and the fact that the gym validates parking for up to 3 hours. The gym is also praised for its friendly staff and overall atmosphere.

The comments don't do justice to how awfully dirty the gym is specially their bathrooms/changing rooms. Not only that, the staff's attitude is very disappointing. I recently joined the gym on a certain offer given by their team member. Now, that I have left my old gym, started my membership at Goodlife, they decided to not go ahead with the deal because the consultant gave me the wrong information. Let alone, giving an intro to the facility, there is no service here. I had to ask if there is anything I can get complimentary when I start. For three weeks, they have just been fuzzy about the wrong deal and how I need to understand and deal with the situation. How is this gym so busy, I don't understand as their service, attitude and maintenance is the worse.

I'm so grateful to be a member of this gym facility and proud to call Goodlife Fortitude Valley as my home gym. Since last three days the urinal has been faulty and urinal collected in the men's toilet bowl. Unfortunately cannot stand the stinking smell in the toilets, and common areas. Please consider to include in the daily cleaning contracts. Thanks.
Do NOT sign up here. This is one of the most disgusting gyms I have ever trained at. The womens bathroom's are rarely cleaned, equipment to clean urinal left in hallway for days a time, gum stuck to the walls and floors, mirrors fulthy, parts of the floors ripped up and weights and equipment left on the floor. gym equipment is broken at present: - 2/2 assault bikes broken. - 5/6 cable machines broken. - all treadmills electronically faulty and zap you. It took the manager 7 months, not to rectify these issues, and after multiple calls and three week delays between calling me back, when asked if these could be fixed, the manager told me the members broke them, and that members make the gym messy. Instead check out Gyms where managers and staff actually care: Club Bunkr, Function Well, Total Fusion, Fit X and many others.
