Modern and clean machines. Good variety of fre weights versus machines and designated stretch and class area. Not too small and not too big, plenty of times for solo sessions 24/7.

Have been going here for some time and the trainers and staff are always friendly and open for a chat. Very on top of cleanliness and always clean whenever I’m there. Nice environment and open floor space, good for cardio and stretching. Weight space is always clean and everyone puts their weights away. It’s a great gym close to the shops so I can complete any errands I have to do right after or before. Highly recommend.

ifeelgood Alexandra Hills is the best gym I have ever attended. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile from the entire team. Their staff and personal trainers are super helpful and the gym is always kept clean and maintained. The equipment is top of the line and there are plenty of them. I would highly recommend this gym, I have had a blast.
