This Gym has brought friendly, loving and welcoming faces into my life. Training feels less like a chore, and more like a fun pasttime since joining Middle Park IFG. Paula and the team are quick to encourage and assist anyone training or needing general advice with working out and Gym equiptment.
Great place , comfortable, staff are caring, and everything you need is accessible and easy to understand and use . Really recommend this gym. Best I’ve ever been to. I was quite surprised!
I joined this gym after seeing an exercise physiologist to address some health issues. I had a shoulder injury and some issues with my hip. I also have osteoporosis so need to be careful with my exercise regime. The PT sessions I attend with Simon have made an enormous difference to my strength, mobility and confidence. Simon is supportive, professional and really knowledgeable In his field ....an excellent trainer. The gym is spotlessly clean and has a welcoming atmosphere also.
