Jetts Annerley is a great gym for those looking for a convenient and affordable fitness option. The gym is well-equipped with strength training and cardio fitness equipment, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Customers also appreciate the separate functional training room, which has all the necessary equipment for dynamic workouts. The gym is also clean and well-maintained, and the manager, Leah, is highly praised for her warmth and care. Customers also appreciate the convenience of the 24-hour gym, with ample free parking. The staff are friendly and the equipment is varied, although the gym can get busy at peak times. Overall, customers are very satisfied with their experience at Jetts Annerley and would recommend it to others.
No lock in contacts. Not a spam like some other gyms. Very decent facility.
I was overcharged over seven weeks ago and am still waiting for the refund. Paperwork was submitted and approved on June 6th and apparently is still sitting with an accounts team. I feel bad for the two staff members on the floor (Grace & Candice, who were lovely) because they can't authorise refunds due to the company's structure and accounts management process. I would not recommend giving them your bank account details if being OOP will inconvenience you.
Love this gym! Jetts is a fantastic gym because of the flexibility and affordability. I signed up at this gym and my membership allows me to visit any Jetts gym location in the country. I am also not locked in to any contracts and can cancel at any time. I can also pause my membership for a minimum of 7 days. I have been a member to several other gyms including Snap and AnyTime but they really lack the affordability and flexibility of Jetts. This location is also easy to get to by car or bus and has strength training and cardio fitness equipment. The staff are also really friendly and super helpful.
Friendly and helpful staff, good gym for convenience but pretty small and lacking a fair bit of machines and equipment. Gets very busy and the price is higher than most gyms even though it’s smaller and lacks a bit. Decent environment but overall there is better gyms near.
Quaint, bustling, convenient 24-hour gym with ample free parking. Recently acquired a second floor with plenty of additional space with new equipment including free weights, rack, monkey bars, platform, sled. Great for anybody wanting to do body weight training/calisthenics. All members free to enter this area and they hold their J-series (HIIT group classes) there on most evenings. Staff are friendly, remember who you are and happy to pick up a hanging conversation from your last visit.
