Neil and I stayed in Queensland for 2 months and enjoyed the Fantastic amenities, equipment and friendly welcome from Brad and Emily. Brad went over and above to give us both advice, explaining the benefits of adopting a new set of exercises to overcome postural and muscular issues we had. His knowledge and experience was invaluable. Many thanks Claire ( England).
Brad always has great advice and all the trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and inspirational. There are alot of machines and free weights and plenty of room for a good workout. Group sessions are fun and a great way to make new friends of any age.
This is simply an awesome gym. Owner Chris and manager Brad are always there to support and help members and the trainers including Natalie are fantastic! My wife Sophie and I go regularly and there is always a supportive culture and great members. If you are looking for a gym on the Coast, this is by far the best one.
The gym is huge and the layout of the latest gear available is amazing. The staff are extremely helpful and on hand to assist. See for yourself as I have supplied a photo of the gym from this morning.
