Talicia is the single most lovely gym manager anyone can ask for. She's always up for a chat and is never too busy for anyone. Couldn't ask for a better person to see everyday at the gym.
Great gym plenty of room, good equipment. Taringa Jets good also however their running machines are right up against a brick wall so really uninspiring to use. You have no feeling if space. Kenmore running machines well spaced out and give you good views of the televisions if you want them whilst your using the running machines
The gym is 24 hr. While the gym is clean, with sanitiser available, it is great to work out by myself. Good range of cable machines, free weights and cardio machines etc. Maybe not really hard core. Good parking, security etc. Good price.
Gym itself is great! Small in size, but that's expected given the price. Only thing is - I haven't had a great experience with management so far. They seem quite disorganised.
Best gym in Kenmore!! Talicia and Georgia are always happy and friendly and always make the group classes fun and engaging for everyone. The gym is always clean and has a wide variety of equipment. Keep up the good work!!
