Great gym, friendly staff, zero issue
The staff are disrespectful few days ago I said hey to one of the trainers and he just looked at me and turned away and a few months ago there is a girl there that doesn't like me becouse of some thing my mate did on my phone a year ago and she went up to nate and reported me because I said hey. Nate tillson the manager of jetts came up to me and said one more warning and your out even though I had been there for 3 years and i never did anything wrong she was there for a week. and he also said no one is aloud to help me and I am in a wheelchair and he said that I could only stay on the equipment for a little bit even though i ask people if they would like to use it and there are 2 others in front of the one i was using. He also said my mate and i have to stick together. Becouse i posted what he said to me on Facebook He rang my dad up and talked over the top of him and called me a lier and he cancaled my membership and said i should not join a gym because I have ceribal palsy
There was chewing gum all over the floor. I find nothing worse than the feeling of something unpleasant stuck to the bottom of your shoe. A useful metaphor for this place though, I have to admit.
please refund the $39.oo you have taken from our account. you were told in writing within the 10 day cooling off period that Damian wasn't going ahead due to the first intro session! It doesn't state on the agreement that you have to hand in the key, although I did hand it in to a young girl. You have still taken out the first month. Please fix this...Michelle
