The staff are friendly and helpful, and the gym has a great community atmosphere. Sam and Eliza, the owners, are highly praised for their responsiveness and kindness.
The gym is well-equipped with top-notch Drax instruments from Orbit Fitness, and customers appreciate the cleanliness and organization of the facility. There is plenty of parking available in the streets around the gym, and the prices are reasonable. Customers also enjoy the fitness programs and classes offered at the gym.

Lovely gym and nice peeps that run the place. Its a 24/7 gym and i love that. Also there is a lovely trainer there Eliza that is super sweet and gives the place a good vibe. Owners wife also has a yoga business opposite the gym.. I think yoga is something thats next on my list.. us over 50s got to keep fit.. Sam the gym owner is also a top guy. He's great to talk to and has a lovely energy about him. Basically..he is good people and we should always support the business of good people !

Great gym, amazing staff that take customer feedback seriously, clean and good instruments. Speaking of instruments that have been upgraded recently to top notch Drax instruments from Orbit Fitness.
This is a great gym that I have been going to for a long time. Sam and Eliza are just fantastic. Eliza - the assistant manager - has been so helpful and kind when dealing with a particular issue, it's just amazing. I cannot recommend this gym more highly.
Well-equiped. Staff pretty friendly. Reasonable price. Parking available all streets around. Not small, not too big, but it got every thing you need from simple start to highly professional muscle-building exercises. I'll always recommend it
