Loads of equipment, nice and compact, low and it's not a very buy gym.
Great gym is in need of a little upkeep on the machines but always clean and friendly staff
Great little gym and the Manager Malcolm was super friendly and helpful. Really nice small community atmosphere and Malcolm helped me get a good value membership that suited my situation.

Not too busy early in the morning. Has a good range of machines and free weights to have a good workout whether strength or cardio.
