First time trying out reformer pilates and I am loving it thus far! The instructors at the studio are great, they correct your form and push you so you leave each class feeling awesome. The studio is located right after you exit canning hwy and there is parking available right outside making it super convenient if you drive! The place and equipment is also very clean making each workout an amazing one :)

I am absolutely loving my KX Pilates journey. Since starting approx 6months ago (with very little fitness) I have felt not only my fitness level increase but I have a much stronger body and mind as well. All the instructors are very helpful and the studio is always clean. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about trying Pilates to definitely give KX Canning Bridge a go!
