St Kilda studio has been the best KX studio I have been to!! All the trainers are different and challenge you in different areas of fitness from strength, balance to fitness and push you to your limits! I attend to 5 classes a week and never feel disappointed or bored, I always learn something new each class. It’s a great, friendly, fun and supportive studio along with fantastic playlists to get you moving and grooving!!

I have been coming here for a few months now and I love the studio and the classes. I can come 5 times a week and I still don’t get bored. Especially Wednesday night classes with Christina, they just hit different. This is the perfect low impact workout that still leaves your muscles burning.
