Not Pilates Cons: little technique - machines loaded too heavy - staff have low training ( or cannot use it due to class style) - not suited to someone with injuries - mixing too much weight and speed into Pilates really takes away the aim Pros: lots of classes - not too expensive I have done Pilates at plenty of places around the world if your after doing Pilates and learning good techniques from trained staff kx is not for you. What they do is more like a gym class think a spin class with little or no correction to technique more focused on speed. This would really only suit some young , no injuries etc who wants maximum intensity cardio style workouts. Fundamentally I think the largest problem is mixing the speed and heavy weights and little instructions with Pilates really takes away the core of what you’re trying to learn. Control , flexibility and improvement in movements.Jay James
