Extremely poorly maintained gym. When something breaks, it just stays permanently broken (cable in photo has been broken for months). Doesn't seem like management cares how the look nor functionality of the gym is to patrons. Go castle hill instead for plus fitness. 10x better.
This place has a nice callisthenics and cardio area but other than that the Place was absolutely disgusting. All the equipment is old and worn outand there barely is any equipment. On one of the ab machines the comforter was so faded that it was green. If you are with plus fitness definitely go to Castle Hill or any other branch this place is flat out disgusting.
Location good but gym equipment is worn and lacking compared to other plus fitness gym (even down to worn yoga mats, not replacing these is just lazy) gym was not clean. If you have the time go to the Castle Hill facility 5 mins away. Room for improvement at Bella Vista
I have been an on & off member for 5yrs. It started as a good gym. Eventually everything went downhill. I had numerous suggestions before of putting deodorant sprays & air freshener in noticeable areas...effort only lasted for a couple of months. Room temp has always been kept very low...bordering to humidity. The moment you step inside..the smell of body odor unpleasently welcomes you. I asked for airfreshener spray to use for the the virtual exercise room...nothing! The room smells awful. I just wish they could somehow install on timer airfreshener, if there is no way to encourage members to be considerate in using deodorants prior tp working out. It's just a sad situation really. Or maybe is it time to go into another gym facility.
this gym has all your required equipment however the equipment is very old and needs to be upgraded, there is also not a wide selection. the gym is a bit dirty, I found pubic hair in the sink and around the toilet in the only unisex bathrooms, also the shower heads have been removed, not helpful if you wish to work out before work. parking is an issue. the gym is small and gets crowded
