great place to be, whether you starting gym for the first time or coming back to exercise after a long break. The staffs r friendly and caring, the members are nice and helpful. If you are into fancy and glamorous new gym equipments to take some photos and call it a day maybe this isn't the right place for u. But if you want a REAL gym they've got all you need.

DO NOT GO HERE IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD…. Unless you want to be harassed for changing your gym membership to a competitor steer clear away from this gym. I would like to report the appalling behaviour of Peter the owner of Belmore plus fitness he has been harassing me as an ex-member of plus fitness for a while now because I had moved gyms to a competitor and continues to be an absolute disrespectful human to ex members whenever he gets the chance. I would like to speak to head office about this. This has to stop immediately and he should be punished for his appalling behaviour. I have evidence, proof and witnesses to back all my allegations. If nothing is done I will raise the matter further. Absolutely disgusting behaviour…
One of the best gyms around. Amazing owner/management and staff. Great selection of equipments. Big open space. Lots of friendly members as well. Perfect gym to train and start your fitness journey!
One of the best gym in this area. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Looks small from outside but pretty big inside. All the equipments work well and they are pretty new.
