The staff are really friendly and approachable! It is a very welcoming environment . The new gym layout is great with heaps of equipment and machines.
I called today to get some prices, I spoke to a lady that was rude and had no customer service. She was asking me about how much I pay elsewhere and refused to tell me about plans/pricing over the phone unless I show up. She also asked me stupid questions like if this is the closest anytime fitness to my home, why should that even matter... if I'm calling you then you should put in some effort to provide a proper customer service and answer my simple questions without forcing me to come to the gym just to find out about the prices. Very disappointed.
