Big and spacious gym with loads of different machines. I love that about it. The thing that lets it down is the state of the bathroom facilities, which are always covered in urine and toilet paper which is disgusting. I think a cleaner needs to be hired.
Horrible staff, Outdated equipment and a general sour demeanour about. Just transferred to fitness first who I cannot believe I haven’t been with for the last 3 years.
Well if you ever want to cancel they will send you to the cleaners and take every cent. They are rarely staffed when they say they are. Highly advise not to go here unless you want to be scammed for every dollar. I spent 2 months trying to cancel. Then they charged additional fees out of nowhere by reporting me to ecollect. I’ve been a member of 6 gyms. This is the only one that is unethical on cancellation. Eg - their method to cancel and never staffed.
Not happy with the gym. Seems there are never any staff during working hours. Definitely quitting they were unhelpful and rude when trying to get a new swipe card.
I trained at this gym for 2 years before I moved out of the northern beaches. In my experience there, the gym has always been fantastic! The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and will always give advice if you ask. I always found the gym was very clean and tidy, the equipment was great and easy to use and the price was very affordable. I would happily recommend this gym to anyone
