Such a great gym. Well planned and laid out; very clean; great facilities and good price point. So much to like here but this review is in particular for Alyssa at reception who is just wonderful. She’s friendly, efficient and made it easy and a pleasure to sign up for both hubby and I. No, I don’t know Alyssa personally. I met her when looking for a gym. She was just so switched on and lovely to deal with. Great gym with great staff!
Great place to workout, very clean and the ambience is nice with updated equipment I asked Blake once to help me figure out one of the machines and he was very friendly about it. I Recommend!
Signing up was very easy and the staff was very helpful she gave me a tour of the gym and explained everything for me and answered any questions I had excellent service!! Forgot to grab her name for this review but I signed up on 25/7 in the afternoon. The gym had everything and had plenty of weights to progress and had designated areas for equipment!! Had plenty of sanitising wipes and bottles and is very clean. It is now my main gym I would highly recommend Plus Fitness Castle Hill. There is plenty of parking available!!
Been to a lot of gyms in the past and I must say that this is one of the cleanest and tidiest gyms I’ve ever been a member of ever since they first opened. Only minor concern is people constantly slamming the cable weights which (unbeknownst to many) causes it to break/ malfunction which then leads to other users missing out on using said equipments. Other than that, it’s an outstanding gym. Keep it up
The gym equipment is pretty good but the dumbells are the stand out feature. There are even private bathrooms you can use to do cardio in with your significant other (you know who you are)
