Plus fitness is usually outdated and tiny, this is one of the better gyms, has a deadlift platform although the squat racks are facing each other and cramped which is awkward. Has all the equipment I need but they don't have 25kg plates. The older gentleman who works there is nice. Gym is kept clean, people here know how to aim for the toilet bowl
Dirty gym, air conditioner is off every night , it's like suna. Toilets dirty, not enough machines, not enough weights. The worst plus fitness in Sydney.
We paid for almost 3yrs membership and used their gym service less than 10 times but that's alright we don't care. Today my husband and I decided cancel our membership but the person who's incharge/manager was very disrespectful and have very bad attitude, treated us with extremely rude and impolite body language.He needs to learn/ improve how to deal with the customer with correct manners, he had no customer service at all, ruin our day. There have an other complaints about him in Google review.
Although the gym has a decent range of equipments and amenities, the customer service is pathetic. The person incharge (an old man) is very rude and impolite and will ruin your day if you forget your tag.
Gotta love the “Energetic Vibe” in this place! The staff are friendly and well detailed! Thank you Henry, Jackie and Damien for your help and guidance. So far the best gym that I’ve ever signed up with. Thank you also to Coach J for your time and dedication in training me.
