I did a 3 day trial and looks like I'll be signing up! The gym is spacious and always kept clean, staff are super friendly and welcoming. The best part is that i can train properly without a hassle :)
Won’t even want to give half a star! Went to this club once, and it was so unkempt and dirty. The toilets smelling of urine, so unclean and dirty.
The service was great at sign up, but when I wanted to cancel my membership, I got so much attitude from the person. She was rude and short with me. Why we can't just cancel membership over the phone, I will never understand. Plus from the point of cancellation, they need 14 days to process it, which means if your monthly payment cycle is within that period, then you're paying for something you clearly aren't going to use. Great gym, good equipment, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. I was going to go back to them after a break, but now I'll look elsewhere.
This gym is quiet, clean and peaceful. Never have had a problem. Even on the busy days there is barely anyone. Cleaners are always there, equipment is always clean, and gym is generally tidy.
Have been going to this gym since they first opened. I live locally and it is very convenient to access. They have continually improved this gym and have recently expanded. All the equipment is state of the art and brand new! The gym is very spacious and always kept in top notch condition. Kayin the manager is a great guy, very friendly and personable. The gym has an overall great vibe, and the staff always make you feel welcome!
