Signed up on Friday.. as soon as I got there was greeted by super friendly staff who went over everything with me .. gave me the tour …guided me to the right things and gave me an idea of what to do to start with. I’ve honestly never felt more welcomed in any other gym in Goulburn but definitely glad I now go here.. I’ve never been more excited to go the gym
Honestly if I could give a 0 star I would. Me. (16f) Decided to try out a gym for the first time. Upon arrival. Everything seemed good and staff was friendly. Went once and decided I didn't like it. Realised a week later that they drew money until I had negative balance in my account multiple times. So I tried to contact them. Said they'd email me a cancellation form which I never received. They continued to draw out money I didn't have so I called again. Ended up going in store later to cancel only to be talked over the top of and called a liar by a female staff member. She then mentioned something about a free 3 day trial which was never mentioned to me and as a new gym member would've been nice to know. But they obviously only care about money. Honestly the worst experience I've had with a buisness and will likely never try out another gym.
Really well maintained and equipped gym with flexible sign up options. Angela was v friendly and professional. I really like how the music is in the background and not overpowering like it is in some gyms.
Used to be my gym if choice, wonderful equipment and friendly staff but sometimes too crowded and a bit pricy
I had the best experience at Plus Fitness Goulburn, great customer service, clean gym. I finally look forward to going to a gym and training. keep up the good work.
