My regular gym - go in the mornings because it is really quite. Only negative is they don't offer classes like yoga. Good staff, good equipment, clean and Covid safe.
I joined this gym sometime ago and I can honestly say this is a great place. The staff are great and their knowledge in fitness is second to none I love this gym.
Great gym with lots of equipment and good range of equipment. Staff are super friendly and keep the gym really clean. Everything is easy to use and find. Thank you so much to staff member Hayden for showing me around the gym and making me feel welcome. Highly recommended.
I have been training with Plus fitness more than 2 years now. Joined Plus fitness because they’re reasonably priced with good range of equipment and has 24/7 access with lots of covered parking in a convenient location. It is actually a large gym spread across two levels and has a number of spacious change rooms. The staffs keep the gym extremely clean; they are very friendly and constantly keeps on improving the gym environment and experience to make us feel more welcoming. I reckon it is the best gym in the area. I would highly recommend this place.
Friendly community at the gym, convenient central location with plenty of undercover parking. Large variety of equipment/machines + lots of clean, private shower facilities. Still operating 7 days during Covid but regular hours for now.
