Informed on 3rd Nov that I want to cancel my membership but had to pay till 30 Nov. Make sure you understand and read the rules before you join
Buyer beware!!!…..I joined during a promotion on a Saturday…paid for the month plus a pro rata amount and $49 for swipe card. Was then shown around and a few things started to raise red flags. When signing the documents which I would normally read but I felt rushed to sign….didn’t read it and just signed. I asked for a copy of them and was told “ you will get an email with all details “ ….didn’t get them ! Then when I was being shown equipment I asked was there someone in attendance if I had any questions regarding the proper use of them was told “ just look it up on google “ By the Tuesday I decide that this gym was not for me and went to cancel. I got the month and prorata back. When I said you haven’t refunded the swipe card I was told that it was not refundable! Not even in the cool off period Asked where it said that and reply was in the contract…..the one I never received!!! So lesson learnt….read anything you sign and don’t be put off or rushed by someone saying “ nobody ever reads it”
Gym is small which is great if you don't like wide open spaces. Easy access to water and wipes are provided to clean equipment after use. There is also a spray too!
Great gym! Clean and tidy. Very friendly, helpful and certified trainers that helps everyone to achieve their goals. High quality gym equipments for lean mass or gain strength.
