Plus Fitness Penrith is a great gym for anyone looking for a convenient and friendly place to work out. Customers love the 24/7 access, the spacious layout, and the modern equipment. The staff are friendly and helpful, and always willing to show customers how to use the equipment. The gym is always clean and tidy, and the atmosphere is great. Customers also appreciate the free personal training session when they sign up, and the fact that the gym is never too crowded. The parking is also convenient and the toilets are always well maintained. Customers also appreciate the fact that the staff are always available to answer any questions and provide assistance. Overall, customers are very satisfied with the services and facilities provided by Plus Fitness Penrith.
Nice overall. Bathroom cleanliness, equipment, and layout could improve. Re cleanliness: very variable, seems to depend on who's working that day, sometimes it's spotless, but sometimes the bathrooms are terrible. Update: new staff hires seem to have made an improvement in cleanliness. The power racks are incredibly skew though, I assume from people slamming a medicine ball into the side

Really convenient open 24 hours People who workout there are friendly and it isn't normally crowd. Not always staffed but there's a sign telling you when the staff are on duty and their pretty friendly and happy to show you how to use the equipment It's also pretty clean.
Waited at door to get in. Staff hours on door not write and it was closed. Didnt see nobody. Went back later and there was a chubby girl with brown there vacuming. Rang the bell 3 times. Feel like she was ignoring me but don’t want judge. Then she came to door. Didn’t invite me in. Chat with me at the door. She clearly didn’t want to be there. So after 2 minutes I left. And you can smile you wont die. Bad customer service. Not going back.
Pretty decent gym. Has most of what you want (if you’re particular about equipment go check it out first), and it’s mostly well maintained. It’s a newer gym so all modern stuff in good condition. Usually well cleaned. It’s quiet in the AM, morning through midday it never gets too busy. The is a bit of an after work rush. Far better than other local 24/7 consumer gyms. Only quit because I moved away. Staff are friendly, but don’t really take an interest in wandering the gym floor to help people. That’s fine, though. If you want personal attention book a PT session. You get a free one when you sign up to work out how to use stuff. All in all, pretty good place to train.
