Convient because it's 24/7 and close to my office.The equipment is old and some of it requires maintenance and squeaks when using it but otherwise ok.The carpark is extremely dirty with rubbish everywhere.
Staff are amazing! But the gym is a hole in the ground. Certain sections smell permanently like cigarettes and the place is full of machines no one uses.
Great gym located close to work so I am there pretty much every Lunch time.Been working with PT Lewis who is fantastic in what he does, he gives great tips on form and gives very positive and re-enfocring feedback.
Been going here for a few weeks now. Very clean and organised environment. all equipment works well. and Paul was great and quite helpful with my membership. I recommend it
Very nice place to work out, lots of space and has alot of equipment. Showers and bathrooms are very clean all the time. Everything is maintained well. Staff are friendly and nice. Everyone is very kind and nice good environment to be in. Value is quite good
