Plus Fitness Strathfield South is a great gym that offers a wide range of facilities and features to its members. Customers appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the modern and well-maintained equipment, the spacious and airy stretching area, the 24/7 access, the ample parking, the disabled bathroom and lift access, the new cardio upgrade, the family-orientated atmosphere, and the great value for money.
The staff are always helpful and friendly, and the regulars are welcoming and supportive. The gym is kept clean and hygienic, and the staff ensure that members are cleaning and sanitising the equipment after use. The ladies room is tucked away but spacious, and has everything you need including a squat rack, cable machines and cardio equipment.
The gym also offers morning and evening classes which are intensive but very good and managed well. Plus Fitness Strathfield South also offers personal training sessions with experienced and supportive trainers who are knowledgeable and understand the needs of their clients. All in all, Plus Fitness Strathfield South is a great gym that offers a wide range of facilities and features to its members.
Been a member here now for about 2 months and every interaction has been a positive experience. Equipment is well maintained, morning and evening classes are intensive but very good and managed well. The trainers also come with a sense of humour which is much needed when you're battering your body into submission. I'm also about to complete a first round of 10 PT sessions with Mustafa who has been nothing short of supportive, motivational and understanding. I'm not always the most enthusiastic of people and he always manages to help me through if I'm struggling without letting me give up. Muscle groups don't always do what we want them to either and Mustafa is great at finding a work around to complete the exercise in some form if the body says 'no' without the risk of injury. He knows his stuff!
My favourite gym. People/staff are great, equipment is modern, the place is clean and is one of the only local gyms that have a good amount of natural light coming through.
The best Gym ever !! Super hygienic, new equipment, perfect sized ladies room with squat rack and cardio machines, AND the MOST AMAZING staff !!! 10/10 Highly reccomend this gym, especially when starting out :))
Good things about the gym: 1. Welcoming staff - The staffs at the reception always answer your questions with a smile on their face. 2. Great location - Off the A3 road and it has a few good restaurants and hotel nearby. Parking is easy too. 3. Adequate equipments - You can find all the equipments you need to work out here. 4. Classes - This gym has quite a few classes you can join and challenges you can participate. A special thanks to my PT Miss Janet who has been guiding me for past months to help me achieving my fitness goal. Anyone who is looking for improving your fitness level I highly recommend you come and book in a consultation with her.
