Love this gym, handy and local, fantastic, friendly and professional staff, been a member for over 4 years, but would love to see an upgrade on the elliptical machines, they really are cranking and old, the ones at Menai branch are fantastic so I have gone there a few times just to use them
I’ve been going to Plus Fitness Sutherland for 4 years now and I can say with certainty that it’s my favourite gym! The location is great, there is a wide range facilities and equipment to use (which are all in great condition) and the staff are super friendly! If you live around the Sutherland area I would definitely recommend giving Plus Fitness a go.
I absolutely love this gym. The personal trainers are great (especially Taylah) and the admin staff are very helpful (Vee). I love coming here and training everyday. It feels so welcoming and everyone is just so friendly. Would highly recommend
Price of membership is affordable especially for students like me. Good selection of equipment. Keeleigh the admin was super friendly and helpful when signing up my friend and I at this gym.
Slightly random but equally important. I was parked right outside the gym and my 2.5 year old daughter who is actually potty trained, said she was "busting for a wee". Straight in front of us was Plus Fitness 24/7, that was dead. Not one person in the gym except a member of staff. I knocked, she opened the door and I very, very politely asked if my daughter could quickly use their bathroom, to avoid having an accident and possibly wetting herself. To which the woman replied "no she can't, she's not allowed, members only" then she shut the door in our faces !!! My daughter quickly said "Shes grumpy Daddy !!" To which I replied "Yes she is sweetheart.". To that women, you are rude, insensitive and you speak volumes for the gym/business. Surely common sense and common decency would prevail. Luckily the awesome guys in Reliable Computers let us use their bathroom. Thank you so much guys. I can't wait to tell EVERYONE about my experience with Plus Fitness 24/7 in Sutherland.
