Great location in the heart of Thirroul. Been a happy member for two years and I have been especially pleased with how clean the gym is kept during Covid. The trainers and super friendly, helpful and not pushy. But I love that they are constantly keeping the place clean every time I enter and provide lots of cleaning stuff. All Members are so polite cleaning equipment after use.

I've been using this gym for over a year now and love the attitude and friendliness of Rod and Kaden. They've responded well to Covid and maintained a spotlessly clean and healthy environment. It's a great place to work out with plenty of fitness options no matter what your goals and the awesome staff elevates the experience.
