It's a budget friendly gym. Convenient, has basic amenities. I wish they would clean it more often and make sure there is an ample supply of disinfectant wipes for the machines. It's usually quiet when I go which I like.
cancelled membership due to covid Gym waited months to ask for an exit payment they made two calls but never sent an invoice for payment as requested. Then engage debt collection services Unprofessional company don’t even know how to send an invoice
I met Rae today at the gym and she helped me out with the transfer of gym location and did a walk through whilst explaining the extra group sessions they have... most importantly the covid19 safe precautions they've implemented.You're amazing Rae and thanks again for the great customer service!!!
Best gym I've been to in Sydney so far! The gym is always clean, tidy and has a nice vibe to train in. Chris the manager is also excellent!! He is very helpful and just an all round nice bloke. Keep up the good work lads :)
I have been going to this gym for three and a half months now and I must say it's quite an experience. Staffs are really friendly and helpful and the equipment are amazing. The toilets are always clean as well. So for those of you searching for a gym experience like no other, look no further than Plus Fitness Thornleigh!
