Plus Fitness Waterloo is the perfect place for anyone looking for a great gym experience.
This is a great little gym. It’s small, but it doesn’t seem to get too crowded at rush hour. The equipment is in good condition and despite the size, they have some interesting stuff: tricep bar, a good adjustable decline bench, 0.5kg plates, and a thick grip barbell (I’ve only seen them in private gyms). Both the bench and the decline bench have safety arms. There are personal TVs on the treadmills if you’re into cardio. There are a few toilets and showers, and I think there’s wifi too. They do members’ challenges with awards for the winners (good idea - not enough gyms do that). They've even got duress lanyards...whatever they are! Anyway, it’s all good. Head on down!
