Small gym but well stocked and perfect for my needs

Wow! Where do I even start! This gym amazes me every time I go in the gym I see the VERY friendly staff and they are always happy to have a chit chat to get to know their members. Even if woodvale plus fitness isn’t your home gym the staff make you feel welcome. I highly Recommend this gym. I have been a member for about 3 years, and it’s a real bang for your buck and I have never looked back. This gym is definitely worth your money for sure. The equipment is really clean and overall the whole gym. It’s a good gym and i absolutely love going there
Love this gym. The staff are amazing and the members are all very friendly regardless of age and fitness. Enjoy the group sessions and use the exercises when doing individual workouts which gives me a good variation.
