I really like this place. If you're looking for something a step-up from the ubiquitous bodyfit and F45, then this is the place! The program is intense but for a good reason - the results come with all the hard work. A very welcoming environment too and I feel that everyone who attends wants to turn up & train hard every time!
Great crowd also the trainees are super friendly and make you feel like you have been going there for a long time. The facilities are brand new. The combination of different routines makes it entertaining rather than boring workouts. PS They play great tunes
As a gym owner myself there are certain qualities you look for in a gym; amazing facilities, great knowledgable staff, good location, and most importantly (I think) a great community of people who train there - befit ticks all these boxes. I love training there when in Melbourne. Keep up the great work team!
