Customers love the friendly staff, the top-of-the-line equipment, the clean and inviting atmosphere, and the great community atmosphere. The gym is also well-maintained and has plenty of space to utilise, even when it is busy. Customers also appreciate the air conditioning, showers, and drink fountain.
The personal trainers at Snap Fitness Ellenbrook are highly experienced and provide excellent customer service. They are also very motivational and supportive, and genuinely care about their clients. The gym also has heavy bags for those interested in self-defence and martial arts.

Not a big gym but has everything you will need. The best part, it isn't crowded like other gyms in the area. As a returning member, it's my favourite gym.
This club is fantastic! Equipment is top on the line and Robyn the manager is such a sweetheart. I'm always greeted with a smile and enthusiasm. I couldnt recommend more.
Love going in the mornings as it’s very quiet. Machines are all well maintained and clean. There is plenty of space to utilise so even if other people are there you can have your own corner. Only down side is there is never aircon on and during this summer I’ve been pouring out sweat before I even start my warm up!
The gym itself is really good. Not many people go and is good if you don't like working out in front of a lot of people. The equipment is all very new and good quality as well!I went to cancel my membership because as I didn't have enough time to go. Stuff didn't have good customer service skills and came across rude.
Charged me for two accounts at the same time, then tried to blame me for it. Got a refund eventually but had to go through consumer protection as management would not budge. The lady I dealt with was rude and passive-aggressive in all my dealings with her. I would not recommend this gym, plenty of other good ones in Ellenbrook.
