We had the pleasure of training at Mt Hawthorn for a couple of years. Most recently we have been looked after by James. He always welcomes us with a smile and a bit of a chat. Hope to be back one day.
Very clean and neat gym. Not sure why channel 7two was on one of the TVs upstairs as they usually just show British sitcoms or Escape to the Country etc. perhaps 7HD with the Olympics could have been put on instead. Two machines that are at 3 other SNAP gyms I go to, weren’t there (stomach crunch and standup leg pull ups .. for stomachs) which is strange. Full credit for getting some of that equipment to the second storey… that must have been tough. Good location though and appear to have done a good job with a challenging combination of layout (two storeys / multiple rooms), and floor space.
Great gym, been going for a year now and it has the greatest staff of any gym I have been to. Liz the manager is great and is always happy, positive and always posting on Insta! Gym has lots of smaller rooms so it never feels busy and has great equipment. Conner the PT is a great bloke and an awesome trainer but don’t tell him, his head is big enough... kidding
