The gym facilities are good. Unfortunately some gym users don’t always wipe down equipment and there’s no one here to police it. The showers need some love.
Better gym out of the two we have in Mackay, Updated cardio equipment and gym is cleaned regularly not like the North Mackay one which is slowly falling apart
Amazing gym, only one problem. The quality of the dumbbells are atrocious. You can’t even see what the weight of them are cause it has been torn off .

Zero is what I’d say customer service is a joke, very unethically run, money grabbers. Tiny tiny inadequate gym. If you do group training careful you don’t run into any equipment with bars sticking out. Ridiculous!!!!
