Love this gym would not go anywhere else. The atmosphere is fun, friendly and caring. The owner Mitch is awesome as is all the staff. Having physio (Mitch of course) on site is an added bonus. The equipment is all new and easy to use, with guidance available should you need it. Awesome gym!!
Really friendly owner, knew what he was doing and was able to answer all our questions. The gym itself is a great environment and a place I look forward to go everyday. Would 100% recommend you sign up asap
I love this gym. Many friends and family members go here too which makes it feel like a family gym. The staff are super supportive and help with any questions or queries when asked. Its the best value and tidiest gym in Taree. I am glad I switched. Majority of the members are nice too which makes training fun! Thanks again guys, keep up the good work!
I absolutely loved this gym and If I am honest I didn't wanted to give a bad review. I worked out there for 7 months. Manager was very helpful and like a family member. Took great care of everyone. It must be because he was having a bad day today but he was rude to my wife when she was over charged and went there to tell him about it. He called her cheap and threw money at her. We were 100% going back to snap after coming from overseas but with what happened today I am really dissapointed . I would rate this gym 5/5 for Equipment, 5/5 Interactive members, 5/5 for bathrooms and toilet. 5/5 for manager that I knew when I joined and 1/5 for how he treated my wife when she is no longer a member.To the manager: Please be more professional as members do join and leave, it's completely normal. Please treat customers with smile like how you do when someone is joining. I wish best to this gym and hopefully you will take this review in a positive way.
Great gym, good environment. Brand new equipment. Snap has the convenience of a gym and physiotherapy in the one location. Everyone that trains there is nice, it's a really friendly environment surrounded by individuals that want to better themselves with their fitness journey. I find this gym welcomes all people whether they are just starting or continuing their fitness goals.
