Great gym, clean, new and fresh. Excellent workout area with an Oly platform. Also the PT's there are excellent for advice and training. 5 stars, this place has become my go to gym
I started going in November of last year. And have lost 40kg in 6 months thanks to the helpfull staff. Tara and Dave have been there every step of the way though my weight loss journey and are always happy to help with any questions I might have.
Wow, what can I say? Modern equipment with so much variety, the new cardio equipment is incredible and the small group fitness areas are first class. Great job to owners and staff of this gym, you really have hit the nail on the head!
